This is not a traditional Sales, SDR, RevOps or AI consulting role.
We are looking for an AI-native builder to create, from zero, an outbound sales factory powered by AI agents — from data ingestion and lead enrichment to outreach, qualification, human handoff and learning loops.
Your mission is to prove that outbound can become a repeatable, measurable and scalable acquisition channel for SMB merchants. You will combine AI agents, Python, SQL, experimentation, GTM strategy and deep customer understanding to build a system that finds the right merchants, approaches them with relevant context, learns from real conversations and hands off qualified opportunities to humans at the right moment.
You will own the problem end-to-end: architecture, data, agent behavior, campaigns, funnel metrics, feedback loops and scale/kill decisions.
Hands-on experience building AI agent workflows or advanced LLM automations.
Strong Python skills.
Strong SQL skills, ideally with BigQuery.
Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Cursor or similar AI development tools.
Experience with orchestration tools such as LangGraph, n8n plus Python, or equivalent systems.
Understanding of outbound/GTM mechanics: ICP, segmentation, cadence, funnel, conversion metrics and sales handoff.
Ability to work with messy lead data, enrichment, scoring, deduplication and data quality issues.
Business understanding of SMB merchants, local commerce, payments, acquiring, field sales or similar markets.
Strong ownership and builder mindset.
Ability to communicate clearly in Portuguese and English.
Experience with sales automation, RevOps, growth engineering or lead generation systems.
Experience with email, SMS or WhatsApp campaigns.
Experience integrating CRM systems with data pipelines and AI workflows.
Familiarity with fintech, payments, acquiring or SMB sales.
Experience designing guardrails, evaluations or anti-hallucination mechanisms for AI systems.
