You will play an important part in delivering reliable, high-performing Azure solutions while allowing engineering teams to deploy efficiently. This role reports to Cloud Platform ManagerWhat You'll DoImplement and maintain DevOps practices, including Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), deployment pipelines and automation, to improve the efficiency and reliability of cloud deployments.Develop, deploy and support cloud solutions, including virtual machines, PaaS services and appropriately provisioned resources across cloud environments.Assess and address security vulnerabilities, applying relevant security standards and managing cloud network configurations, including Network Security Groups, virtual networks, subnets and firewall rules.Monitor and optimise cloud platformsto meet availability, performance and service-level requirements while improving resource utilisation and managing cloud costs through efficient provisioning and right-sizing.Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto promote consistency, reliability and continuous improvement across environments, while maintaining clear and up-to-date technical and process documentation.QualificationsWhat We're Looking ForAt least 5+ years of experience working in Microsoft AzureIntermediate to experience of Azure including Terraform, Network Security Groups, Entra ID, and Azure Storage.Desirable, but not essential: Experience working with Checkpoint firewalls.Mandatory:Holds a tertiary education degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldAt least one of the below certifications:Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Azure Developer AssociateMicrosoft Certified: DevOps Engineer ExpertMicrosoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer AssociateCisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)At least one of the below certifications:Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Azure Developer AssociateMicrosoft Certified: DevOps Engineer ExpertMicrosoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer AssociateCisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)Additional InformationOur uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
