The ideal candidate will have strong previous Tim Hortons experience, particularly in baking and food preparation, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced food-service environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking Tim Hortons products according to established standards, maintaining food quality and freshness, following food-safety procedures, and supporting general restaurant operations and customer service as required.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, bake, finish, and stock Tim Hortons products according to established procedures and quality standards.Ensure baked products are fresh, properly prepared, and ready according to operational needs.Monitor product levels and prepare additional products as required.Follow proper food handling, sanitation, allergen-awareness, and workplace safety practices.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking and food-preparation areas.Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, work surfaces, and surrounding areas.Follow product rotation, labeling, storage, and waste-control procedures.Support front-counter, food preparation, stocking, cleaning, and other Team Member duties when required.Provide friendly and professional customer service.Work effectively with supervisors and other team members in a fast-paced environment.Follow all workplace policies, procedures, uniform requirements, and health and safety standards.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of baking experience at Tim Hortons is required.Previous Tim Hortons experience is required.Must have a validFood Handler CertificateandAllergen Training/Certification,or be willing to complete the required training upon hiring.Strong knowledge of Tim Hortons baking, product preparation, and food-service operations is preferred.Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.Strong attention to food quality, cleanliness, and food safety.Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.Must be able to follow instructions, established recipes, procedures, and safety requirements.Must be available to work scheduled shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required by business operations.Additional InformationWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?Security - in a time when other companies are downsizing, we are growingVery competitive compensation packageAdvancement opportunitiesBe #1 on day 1 by joining an industry leaderDexterra Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
