Join us.Job DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for the role ofBIM Coordinator; this position is responsible for supporting the implementation of BIM and Information Management on internationalBuildings and Placesprojects for Enterprise Capabilities.Roles and ResponsibilitiesProject CDE Management –Support the configuration and administration of the project's CDEMultidisciplinary BIM Management– Support the project's BIM execution and deliveryBIM Management Documentation– Support the production of the BEP and BEP appendicesCloud Collaboration– Support the configuration of cloud collaboration tools for the projectMultidisciplinary Model Federation –Support the setup of the federated modelBIM Execution Compliance– Support audits of BIM models and report BEP compliance resultsBIM Content Management– Supportthe curation of BIM objects, families & templatesProject Content Configuration– Support the configuration of templates and create content to achieve project standardsQuality Assurance –Support the production & administration of digital quality assurance control proceduresTechnical Support –Support data integrated workflows for transportation projects & provide support, guidance & training to project teamsScan-to-BIM– Support integration of Point Cloud surveys with the Project Information Model4D BIM– Support integration of necessary 4D metadata with the Project Information Model, produce simulations & animations when defined as project scopeProfessional Qualifications and ExperienceDegree in relevant design profession, such as; Architecture, Structural Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Design Technology or Construction Technology, or a related discipline project execution or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and related experience.3+ years of industry experience in either the transport design engineering or BIM and Digital Delivery fields.What We OfferAECOM Digital Training ProgramInformation Management Career Pathway in an international Digital teamCollaboration opportunities with AECOM global regionsExperience working with diverse teams across AECOM Enterprise CapabilitiesCompetitive compensationGreat team culture and learning opportunitiesQualificationsMinimum RequirementsAwareness of ISO 19650 framework and related industry BIM standardsExperience delivering BIM data from Architectural and Building Engineering design software, Autodesk Revit.Experience working in a Common Data Environment such as Autodesk Forma or Bentley ProjectWiseExperience with design coordination workflows using any of the following: Autodesk Navisworks, Revizto, Forma  Model Coordination.Strong background in technical production of 3D and 2D model deliverables for Building design projects, for disciplines such as Architecture, Structures, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing, and LandscapeVisual programming – preferred, working knowledge of Dynamo, Bentley Generative Components and/or GrasshopperDemonstratable portfolio of BIM projects for the Buildings and places businessInternational experience working with global project teams.
