We are looking for aBusiness Analystwho understands theDutch consumer lending marketand enjoys connecting business needs with technology. At Ohpen , a cloud-native fintech company, you’ll help prospective and existing clients modernize their lending operations using our cloud-based Lending Platform .
You’ll combine your lending domain knowledge , technical understanding and communication skills to explore client challenges, demonstrate our platform and help shape solutions that make a real difference.
As a Business Analyst, you’ll work closely withprospective and existing clients across the Netherlands, understanding their lending products, business processes, technology landscape and challenges. You’ll help clients discover how the Ohpen Lending Platform can support their business, whether that means moving away from legacy systems, configuring our existing solution or exploring new possibilities.
Your responsibilities will include: Leadingclient workshops, deep dives and platform demonstrations, translating complex business requirements into clear and practical solutions.Understanding clients'lending products, processes and IT architectureto identify how our platform can best support their needs.SupportingRFI and RFP processes, preparing detailed responses and collaborating with internal stakeholders.Working closely with ourProduct, Engineering and Configuration Implementation teamsto explore technical possibilities and shape solutions.Identifying opportunities toimprove and extend our platformbased on client needs and market developments.Acting as abridge between business and technology, helping clients understand what is possible and how to achieve their goals. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where your ideas matter, challenges are not always straightforward, and you'll have the opportunity to influence how our platform evolves.
You have a solid understanding of theDutch consumer lending market, including its products, processes and challenges. Experience delivering lending-related projects is a strong advantage.You have at least3 years of experience as a Business Analystor in a similar client-facing role within a B2B environment.You are astrong communicator and confident presenter. You enjoy leading workshops, engaging with clients and explaining complex topics in a clear and structured way.You have atechnical mindset. You don't need to be a developer, but you are comfortable discussingAPIs, system integrations and IT architecture.You areanalytical and solution-oriented. You enjoy understanding complex problems, asking the right questions and finding practical solutions.You areadaptable and proactive. You take ownership of your work and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.You enjoyworking with different stakeholders, from business representatives to engineers and product teams.You are comfortabletravelling to clients across the Netherlandsand regularly meeting your colleagues at ourAmsterdam office.
