Youdrive business resultsby securing seasonal methods and routines and respond in an agile way to any changes in the business landscape. Youbuild analytical tools, set, and define KPIsand closely monitor related activities and goals with important stakeholders across the globe.Key responsibilities:Drive seasonal strategy and methods for our supply chain.Develop analytical tools and KPIs to support decision making.Collaborate with various functions to drive optimization.QualificationsTo succeed as aBusiness Controller, you proactively identify business opportunities and risks through conductingproactive data analysisandtranslating into actional steps, enabling business teams to make decisions and challenge the status quo. Youstand up for your ideas, while you areopen to others’ perspectives, to look for the best solutions for the company. Youuse technologyandadopt new ways of workingto enable business success across the controlling and production community. You are astrong communicatorand collaboratebeyond your immediate team. You always seek to develop and motivate the people around you. You act as aninformal leaderby being a role model of H&M Group Leadership expectation.What you need to succeed:Have 3-5 years of experience as a Business Controller, Business Analysts or similar.Have a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sustainability or similar.Have advanced knowledge in Excel, Power BI or other Data Visualization tools.Have creative analytical skills and are good at prioritizing.Have a strategic mind and good at identifying new opportunities.Additional InformationThis is a fulltime permanent position, starting as soon as possible according to agreement.
