Overview

​

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-minded Business Intelligence Analyst​ with 2–3 years of experience. The ideal candidate possesses a solid background in data analytics and market research, with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions, operational efficiency, and strategic growth. In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to become a key enabler of data-driven business success.

Key Responsibilities

​

1. Analyze internal and external data to assess performance, identify trends and opportunities, and provide data support for strategic planning and business decision-making.

​

1. Conduct in-depth industry and competitive research to inform product direction, user growth, and market strategies.

​

1. Build, maintain, and optimize business dashboards, reports, and core metric monitoring systems to enable visualization and tracking of business objectives.

​

1. Independently or collaboratively execute deep-dive analysis projects, including business forecasting, scenario modeling, and business case evaluation.

​

1. Collaborate closely with product, operations, marketing, and other teams to define data requirements and promote the effective application of data in business execution.

​

1. Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations and drive cross-functional execution through effective communication.

​

Qualifications

​

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

​

1. 2–3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, or market research, with excellent logical thinking and business interpretation skills.

​

1. Proficient in SQL and at least one analytical tool (e.g., Python, R, or advanced Excel).

​

1. Hands-on experience with at least one BI platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).

​

1. Solid business acumen and outcome-oriented mindset, with the ability to derive business-value insights from data.

​

1. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and drive projects forward.

​

Preferred Qualifications

​

• Experience in a cryptocurrency exchange, fintech, or fast-growing technology company.

​

• Familiarity with user behavior data, growth metrics, and key financial KPIs.

​

• Understanding of web or mobile analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
