Chief of Staff

About the Role

Join an early-stage AI procurement software company as Chief of Staff, working closely with the founders on the company's highest-priority initiatives. You will own operational and go-to-market execution, build systems that support growth, and help the team adopt AI across its work.

What You'll Do

• Move strategic priorities forward and turn decisions into measurable progress.
• Own go-to-market execution and sales operations by building repeatable systems, playbooks, and automation.
• Develop the operational foundation across reporting, tools, vendor management, and internal processes.
• Identify AI tools, run experiments, and integrate useful approaches into the company's workflows.
• Lead cross-functional projects from initial analysis through delivery, including work on markets, positioning, pricing, and partnerships.
• Communicate key decisions and keep teams aligned so initiatives continue to make progress.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in a demanding environment, such as strategy consulting, venture capital, a high-growth startup, or founding a company.
• Daily, hands-on use of AI tools and a strong understanding of their capabilities.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Experience owning go-to-market execution or sales operations, including building systems, playbooks, or automation.
• A track record of delivering cross-functional company-building projects.
• Willingness to work on-site in Berlin, or currently based there.
