It includes reviewing the work of junior team members, providing guidance, and supporting their development. The position requires maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high standards of service and compliance. The role also focuses on keeping up to date with accounting and tax developments and driving process improvements. As such, we are open to conversations with employees related to setting up flexible working arrangementsQualificationsAbout YouYou are a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with at least 2–3 years of experience in financial services, managing multiple clients, deliverables, and deadlines.You have strong expertise in bookkeeping, management accounts, VAT preparation and filing, and the preparation of financial statements under UK GAAP and IFRS.You possess a good working knowledge of financial reporting requirements, Companies Act disclosures, and accounting best practices.You demonstrate excellent communication skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks and NetSuite.You are fluent in English and can effectively manage client relationships while delivering accurate, high-quality financial services.Additional InformationOUR COMMITMENT TO YOU AND THE ENVIRONMENTAs a forward-looking business, sustainability is integral to our strategy and operations.
