India)Mobilisation: 1 December 2026 (tentative)Duration: 2 years, renewableReports to: Commissioning Manager (preparation) / Commissioning Site Lead (execution)Execution phaseSupervise instrumentation and ICSS commissioning on site in line with HSE standards, specifications and scheduleCoordinate vendors and contractors for safe energisation, loop testing and functional testing of ICSSMonitor progress, manage punch list clearance and keep documentation up to dateSupport the Completion Coordinator in reaching RFC, RFSU and handover milestonesAttend daily coordination meetings and align with interfacing commissioning teams (gas processing, pipelines)Capture and share lessons learnedDimensions and accountabilitiesResponsible for commissioning of all instrumentation and ICSS systems: analysers, metering, ESD, F&G, SCADA, HIPS and PLCsSupervise the Commissioning ICSS Engineer and Commissioning Instrumentation Supervisor (possibly a Telecom Engineer)Ensure ICSS integration across packages, including interface testing, HART diagnostics and inter-trip logic validationObtain commissioning validation of fiscal/custody transfer meters from local authoritiesEnsure systems meet all technical and documentation requirements for handoverJob DescriptionPreparation phaseReview and validate instrumentation and ICSS commissioning procedures, check sheets and test plansEnsure the completion management database is correctly populated for instrumentation and ICSS systems and interfacesCoordinate with package leaders, vendors and contractors to plan FATs, loop testing and system integrationTake part in risk assessments; ensure cybersecurity and SIL requirements are built into commissioning plansSupport definition of system boundaries and interface logic between ICSS components across packagesEnsure readiness of temporary systems and tools for I&C and ICSS commissioningEngage early with Field Operations for alignment and knowledge transferQualificationsDegree in Engineering15+ years in Oil & Gas projects with a focus on instrumentation and ICSSExperience with major ICSS vendors and metering/custody transfer equipmentExperience in functional analysis preparation and review, SIF and cybersecurity testingKnowledge of structured commissioning methodologies and completion management software (highly recommended)Able to work with client, contractor and vendor personnelFluent English (mandatory)By clicking the link above or any third-party link within this posting, you are leaving this site and going to a third-party website where the third-party website's terms and privacy policy applyI'm interestedI'm interestedPrivacy NoticeImprint
