The Role Veeva Business Consulting sits at the unique intersection of strategy, technology, and data. As a Consultant in our Commercial practice, you won’t just advise on the future of Life Sciences - you’ll be building it. We help our customers bring treatments to patients faster by fundamentally transforming their operating models, powered by the industry’s most advanced technology, AI and data. Unlike traditional firms, we move beyond "slides and theory" to deliver tangible, scalable execution that others simply cannot replicate. Lead project workstreamsfrom end-to-end, ensuring the high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions
Solve complex problemsfor Life Sciences leaders, leveraging Veeva’s unique data and software insights
Be a primary Client contactfor operational project questions, build trusted relationships with Client stakeholders through interactions in person and remotely
Drive practice growthby contributing to business development and internal IP creation
Experience:4-6 years work experience; 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
Domain Knowledge:Proven expertise in Commercial Life Sciences (e.g., go-to-market, product launch, segmentation & targeting)
Data Analytics capability: Proficient in Data Science(e.g., Python, SQL, R)
Analytical Rigor:A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
Communication:Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
Education:Bachelor’s degree or higher (MBA Preferred)
Experience with digital technologies, analytics tools
Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions
Understanding/experience of AI and its applications in commercial life sciences
Knowledge of Veeva products
