You will safeguard the company’s commercial interests by managing risks, monitoring compliance, and driving resolution of claims or deviations. Your role is critical to secure profitability, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure smooth project execution across different countries and regulatory environments.Join our dynamic team as a Contract Manager and play a pivotal role in driving successful project outcomes through expert contract and risk management!Your missions :Lead contract management for customer projects with moderate/high risk exposure during tender and execution phasesCollaborate with project teams to manage contractual, financial, operational and tax matters while ensuring compliance with corporate guidelinesNavigate complex contractual negotiations and draft comprehensive agreements with customers, vendors, and partnersAnalyze and document contract changes, maintaining detailed records in our contract databaseProvide strategic guidance on risk mitigation and contract optimization strategiesWhat will make you successful:Proven track record in managing complex contracts and commercial agreementsStrong understanding of legal, financial, operational and tax implications in contract managementExcellence in negotiation and stakeholder management across multiple organizational levelsAdvanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities for risk assessmentOutstanding documentation and database management skillsQualificationsYou hold auniversity degree in Law or Engineering or Quantity Surveyand have a strong interest in business, as well as in commercial and contractual matters.You haveproven experience in contractual management(+7 years), both during contract execution and in pre‑contract phases — includingnegotiating, drafting, reviewing, and administering agreements.Experience withDatacenter, including negotiating and managing contracts in these segments, is a valuable plus.Your skills :You demonstrate solid knowledge oflegal terminologyalong with strong understanding ofcommercial and operational concepts.Your background may come fromDatacenter business, or related industries.Ideally, you bring experience working in aproject‑based environment.You arewell‑organized, analytical, and solution-oriented, with strong and clear communication skills.You enjoy collaborating inmultifunctional, collegiate teams, and you are comfortable interacting withproject teams.We value your ability tocommunicate effectively, influence stakeholders, negotiate with confidence, and constructively challenge assumptionsto drive results.Fluency in English(written and verbal) is essential.Additional InformationDuration: 6 months renewable contractLocation: Paris or Grenoble, FranceWorking Schedule: 5 days per weekStarting date: ASAPBy clicking the link above or any third-party link within this posting, you are leaving this site and going to a third-party website where the third-party website's terms and privacy policy applyI'm interestedI'm interestedPrivacy NoticeImprint
