In this position, the individual is responsible for providing exemplary guest service to our members, while offering support to the Director of Memberships. The position offers a competitive compensation package presented by Auberge CollectionJob DescriptionMember Reservations:Prepare member daily arrival reportsGreet members daily in the locker roomAssist with pulling member skis from Ski valet and having them ready before their arrivalAlert the Falcon room team on which members are currently in houseProvide & offer concierge services to membersAssist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and local attractionsProvide recommendations for dining, shopping, and entertainment optionsMaintain a neat and organized concierge desk and club areasAssist the Director of Membership with updating Crest Club member profilesSupportive Functions:Exhibits initiative, responsibility, follow up, and accountabilityAdheres to Auberge Resorts policies and proceduresEnsure ongoing alignment with brand standards related to services, amenities and facilitiesEnsure effective coordination of all club program servicesEnforce property safety standardsPerform other duties and handle projects as assigned by the Director of Residence ServicesProfessionally represent the brand and property in the community and industry as well as with club membersBe a leader and role model to all team members and the communityQualificationsAt least 1 year of previous administrative experience in a similar environment.Ability to work a flexible schedule required.Additional InformationAbout Auberge CollectionAuberge Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences and private clubs.
