Do you have strong communication and organizational skills, and do you enjoy managing multiple projects at the same time?Descrizione del lavoroTALENT SCOUTING & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENTSupport the Culture Marketing team in scouting and identifying emerging music & dance talent and relevant cultural trends.Contribute to the development and management of relationships with music & dance talent, managers, record labels, crews and other key players in the creative industries.Support negotiations with music & dance talent, including the preparation of proposals, commercial agreements and collaboration frameworks.Assist in coordinating legal agreements, contracts and relevant rights clearances in collaboration with internal legal teams and external partners.MUSIC & DANCE PROJECTS & CONTENT PRODUCTIONSupport the development and execution of music & dance projects, from initial creative concepts to final delivery and release.Coordinate with music & dance talent, producers, management teams and creative partners throughout project and content production processes.Assist in the planning and coordination of recording sessions, music videos, dance-related content and other talent-led productions.Monitor project timelines, deliverables and budgets, ensuring alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders.MUSIC & DANCE TALENT MARKETINGContribute to the development of marketing strategies and creative concepts for Red Bull music & dance projects, formats and talent collaborations.Support the planning and execution of music & dance talent marketing campaigns, including content distribution, music releases and promotional activities.Collaborate with Communications, Brand and other internal departments to maximize the visibility and cultural relevanceMonitor trends, audience insights and campaign performance, identifying opportunities and providing recommendations.QualificheYou are a university student or graduate, preferably with a background in marketing, music business, communication, dance or related fields.You have a strong passion for music and contemporary culture, with a particular interest in emerging music & dance talent and new trends.You have a good understanding of the music and dance ecosystems, including artists, dancers, crews, management, record labels and digital platforms.You are curious about music & dance talent management, negotiations, rights and the creative processes behind projects and content production.You have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.You are proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders.You bring creativity, critical thinking and a willingness to propose fresh ideas.You have a high standard of integrity, a passion for the brand and a commitment to Red Bull values.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.Ulteriori informazioniMonthly internship allowance: €800 + meal vouchersRed Bull S.r.l. promuove le pari opportunità in ottemperanza al Decreto Legislativo n. 96/2026, emanato in attuazione della Direttiva europea 2023/970 in materia di trasparenza retributiva e rafforzamento del principio di parità retributiva di genere.
