This is a full-time, year-round position, and a company truck and cell phone will be provided.Your work will include:Performing deep cleaning services in commercial facilities.Stripping, waxing, burnishing, and maintaining a variety of floor surfaces.Performing marble polishing and restoration.Operating and maintaining specialized floor care equipment.Following all Health & Safety policies and using required PPE.Maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies.Completing assigned work efficiently and to a high standard.Communicating effectively with your supervisor and responding to service requests.WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?Full-time, year-round employment.Company truck provided.Company cell phone provided.Competitive hourly wage.Career advancement opportunities.Be part of an industry that's more important than ever.Join a growing company that values its people.Be #1 on Day 1 by joining an industry leader.QualificationsWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Minimum3 years of commercial floor care and deep cleaning experience.Extensive experience withmarble polishing, floor stripping, waxing, burnishing, and floor maintenance.Experience operating commercial floor care equipment.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.A clear criminal background check is required for this role.Additional InformationDexterra Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
