Grow here.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experiencedDesigner - BIM ELVwith a minimum of5 years of relevant experiencein ELV BIM modelling and coordination. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience inAutodesk Revitand be capable of working on bothlarge-scale building projects and technically complex Data Center, Healthcare, Sports Arena’s project experience.The ideal candidate should be able to understand ELV design intent, develop accurate BIM models, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and deliver quality outputs within project deadlines with minimal supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintainELV BIM models using Autodesk Revitin accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.Interpret ELV engineering drawings, specifications, design markups and design intent and accurately translate them into BIM models.Prepare and maintain ELV layouts, containment layouts, schematics, sections, details and documentation.Coordinate ELV systems withElectrical, HVAC, PHE, Architectural and Structural disciplines.Participate in multidisciplinary coordination and identify potential clashes at an early stage.Perform clash detection and resolution usingNavisworks and Revizto.Carry out regularself-checks and model quality checksbefore submitting deliverables.Ensure models comply with project-specificBIM standards, BEP, modelling guidelines and LOD requirements.Support project teams during design development, coordination and critical submission stages.Work closely with Engineers, BIM Leads and project stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve modelling and coordination issues.Maintain project models and incorporate design changes and engineering comments within agreed timelines.Proactively identify modelling and coordination issues and communicate them to the BIM Lead/Engineer.Support and guide junior BIM modelers where required.ELV Systems ExperienceThe candidate should have experience in modelling and coordinating some or all of the following ELV systems:Structured Cabling / ICTData and TelecommunicationsCCTVAccess ControlPublic Address / Voice EvacuationFire AlarmAudio Visual SystemsSecurity SystemsBuilding Management System (BMS) interfacesIntercomSMATV / IPTVMaster ClockDAS / Wireless systemsGRMSOther specialist ELV systems as applicable to the projectData Center, Healthcare, Sports Arena’s project experience– Highly DesirableCandidates withData Center, Healthcare, Sports Arena’s project experiencewill be strongly preferred.Experience should include ELV modelling and coordination within technically complex Data Center environments, including:Data halls and technical spacesNetwork and telecommunications roomsSecurity and access control systemsCCTV systemsStructured cablingFire alarm systemsBMS/monitoring interfacesELV containment and pathwaysCoordination within high-density MEP service areasRiser and technical room coordinationCoordination with electrical and mechanical infrastructureExperience working withinhigh-density containment environments and technically complex spaceswill be an advantage.Building Project ExperienceThe candidate should also have experience working on large-scale building projects such as:Commercial buildingsResidential developmentsHotelsHospitalsAirportsRetail and mixed-use developmentsHigh-rise buildingsHospitality projectsInfrastructure and public buildingsExposure toMiddle East projectswill be an advantage.Required Software SkillsAutodesk Revit – Advanced/Intermediate ELV modellingNavisworks – Clash detection and coordinationRevizto – Model coordination and issue/clash managementAutodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / CDE experience preferredAutoCAD knowledge preferredKey CompetenciesThe candidate should demonstrate:Strong ELV BIM modelling capabilityGood understanding of ELV systems and design intentStrong Revit skillsGood multidisciplinary coordination skillsAbility to identify and resolve clashesGood attention to detail and model qualityAbility to work independently with minimum supervisionOwnership and accountability for assigned deliverablesGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under tight project deadlinesProactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issuesAbility to adapt to changing project requirementsWillingness to learn new ELV technologies and BIM workflowsPreferred Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will have5+ years of ELV BIM/Revit experience, with a combination ofbuilding and Data Center project exposure.
