With9 cutting-edge manufacturing facilities,13+ distribution centers, and900+ employees across 20+ North American locations, we’re driven by bold growth, creativity, and a commitment to excellence ✨—all within a collaborative and inclusive work environment 🤝.If you enjoy hands-on work, being part of a production team, and contributing to high-quality products, you’ll feel right at home here 👷‍♂️👷‍♀️.Job DescriptionCompetitive salary:$30/H to $40/HNight shift premium:+$2.00/hourNight shift schedule:Monday to Thursday, 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM (48H/week)✔️3-day weekends every week🙌Your RoleUnder the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, theElectromechanicperforms maintenance, repair, and improvement ofhydraulic 💧, pneumatic 🌬️, electrical ⚡, mechanical ⚙️, and automated 🤖 components, followinghealth and safety standards 🦺, torestart production equipment as quickly as possible ⏱️.🛠️ Diagnose and repair or replace components;📐 Readhydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical plans;🔄 Perform variouspreventive maintenance tasks;🧰 Usemachining tools to fabricate partsneeded for repair, maintenance, or assembly of machines;🏗️ Participate in theinstallation or improvement of production equipment;✅ Ensurehigh-quality workwithin reasonable deadlines to minimize production downtime;📈 Continuously seekimprovements, corrections, or implementation of new proceduresto increase productivity and eliminate issues at the source;🗣️ Maintainconstant communication with operatorsregarding the work performed on machinery;🧹 Ensure aclean, safe, and organized work environmentat all times;📋 Performall other related tasks.Qualifications🎓DEC in Industrial MechanicsORDiploma in Electromechanics;⏱️Minimum 5 years of relevant experiencein the manufacturing industry;🛠️Basic knowledge of cutting, manufacturing, and welding tools;📐Ability to read plans, sketches, and service bulletins;🗣️Good knowledge of French and English, spoken and written;🏆Results-oriented and customer service focused;💪Autonomy, thoroughness, proactivity, and problem-solving skills.Additional InformationCareer Growth and Recognition:At Techo-Bloc, we're career builders.
