Your job is to make sure they never want to.

The role You will own a book of enterprise accounts and one number: retained revenue. You decide which accounts need you most this week, and you go there. This is a commercial role. You will spend your time with executives, not running support tickets.

What you will do

• Own renewals across your book, from strategic accounts to smaller ones, and protect every dollar of recurring revenue.
• Build relationships with the executives who decide: CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and heads of Salesforce platforms. Reach past your champion when the account needs it.
• Turn red accounts green. Spot risk early, build a save plan, and run it with urgency.
• Move customers from our Salesforce-native products to our cloud-native platform, and make the business case for why it matters to them.
• Defend your accounts against competitors, in-house builds, and new enterprise architectures.
• Pull the right people in. Hold product, support, engineering, and customer success accountable for what your customers need.
• Find expansion opportunities and hand them to our sales team with a clear plan.
• Run your book with discipline: accurate forecasts, clean renewal pipeline in Salesforce, no surprises.
