Your role

As Enterprise Customer Success Manager DACH , you will be the main post-sales point of contact for a portfolio of clients based in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) , throughout the entire contract lifecycle. You will work in tandem with a Cybersecurity Analyst to drive customer satisfaction and focus on business outcomes.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of DACH enterprise clients at every stage, from onboarding to renewals.
• Proactively build and maintain trusted relationships with your assigned clients, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while mitigating churn.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Sales, Analysts, Product & Engineering teams to share customer feedback, identify challenges and develop appropriate solutions.
• Acquire and maintain in-depth technical knowledge of our products, tools and processes.
• Establish and strengthen strategic relationships with CISOs and other key security leaders within your accounts.
• Support the Marketing team by encouraging clients to take part in various initiatives: reference calls, white papers, testimonials, conferences, etc.

Your profile

• At least 3 years of experience as a CSM or Account Manager in cybersecurity or in the broader tech sector (SaaS environment preferred).
• Experience with B2B cycles with enterprise clients, working with C-level or senior stakeholders.
• Proven skills in upselling, cross-selling, contract renewals and account management.
• Native or bilingual German, and fluent English (C1 minimum).Both languages are essential: you will work with your DACH clients in German and with our international teams in English every day.
• Experience with clients in the DACH market is a strong plus.
• Soft skills: leadership, project management, rigor, communication, kindness.
• Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity…) that you already use day to day to work more efficiently, and keen to go further with them in your work environment.

💰 Fixed gross salary between €50K and €55K, depending on experience and the impact demonstrated throughout the recruitment process, plus an uncapped 18% variable.

Our recruitment process

1. Exploratory interview (30 min)with Romain, Talent Acquisition Manager, to learn about your background, understand your expectations and introduce you to our environment and values.
2. Role interview (30 min)with Jule, Team Lead Customer Success, to go through the role in detail and discuss your place in the team.
3. Business case (60 min), prepared in advance and presented to Jule, Grégoire (Head of Customer Success) and a CyberOps Manager, to show your skills on a real-world case.
4. Meeting at our officeswith the Customer Success team, so you can picture your future work environment.
