We're looking for an Executive Creative Director to lead Engine’s Brand Creative organization! This role goes beyond directing campaigns or setting brand standards — it's about building, leading, and maximizing the output of an entire creative team, ensuring everything Engine puts into the world reflects an uncompromising creative bar.
You'll oversee a multi-disciplinary team of creative directors, brand and growth designers, and copywriters — setting the vision, building the culture, and creating the conditions for exceptional work to happen at scale. You’ll not only set the creative vision, you’ll lead the people, systems, and organization that bring it to life consistently, ambitiously, and efficiently.
This role is for a seasoned creative leader who knows that the highest-leverage work at this level is talent, culture, and organizational clarity. You'll work closely with the Sr. Director of Brand and VP of Brand and Design to connect creative output directly to business strategy, and partner meaningfully with our Creative Ops Director to ensure the organization runs efficiently.

Compensation
Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience, expertise, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE). Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process.
