With a strong global presence, the company develops and delivers advanced technological solutions, equipment and integrated services for offshore and onshore energy projects, with particular expertise in subsea systems and oil and gas production technologies.As part of its ongoing activities, our client is currently seeking an experiencedFabrication Managerto join its team in Egypt.Job DescriptionAs aFabrication Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all site fabrication activities, ensuring that operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project requirements.Your main responsibilities will include:Leading and managing the site fabrication team, including supervisors, engineers, and subcontractor production personnel.Reviewing and optimizing fabrication methodsto improve productivity, meet project schedules, and ensure efficient resource planning.Monitoring fabrication performanceand implementing corrective actions whenever necessary to achieve project objectives.Coordinating closely with Site Management, QA/QC, and HSE teamsto ensure smooth execution of fabrication activities.Participating in subcontractor and client meetings, as well as inspections and audits.Ensuring effective coordination and communication across multicultural teams and project stakeholders.QualificationsMinimum 20 years of experience in subsea fabrication, including at least10 years working on the fabricator side.Extensive experience inlarge-scale subsea fabrication yards.Strong knowledge ofinternational fabrication standardsand industry practices.Proven experience working withmulticultural teamsin an international project environment.Strong leadership, team management, and coordination skills.Ability to monitor operational performance, identify issues, and implement effective corrective actions.Languages:Fluency inEnglish and Frenchis required;Arabic is a strong advantage.Additional InformationContract Duration:1 year.Rotation:8 weeks on / 2 weeks off.Starting Date:ASAP.Accommodation:Provided by the client.By clicking the link above or any third-party link within this posting, you are leaving this site and going to a third-party website where the third-party website's terms and privacy policy applyI'm interestedI'm interestedPrivacy NoticeImprint
