Field Marketing Events InternStagistaTrasferte: 10-20Benefits Eligible: NoOrganization: Red Bull S.r.l.Tipo di contratto: Tempo determinatoDescrizione dell'aziendaTheField Marketing EventsInternsupports the Field Marketing team in the planning and execution of events, activations, and projects across the country, helping bring the Red Bull brand closer to consumers.Throughout the internship, the candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with different internal teams and external partners, gaining hands-on experience in event planning, operational coordination, material management, communication, and reporting activities.This internship offers a comprehensive behind-the-scenes view of Field Marketing activities, allowing the candidate to develop organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills in a dynamic and execution-focused environment.Descrizione del lavoroNational Activations & Cross-Functional Projects CoordinationSupport the operational coordination of events and activations involving multiple regions and stakeholders.Collaborate with the teams involved to ensure the successful execution of activities across the country.Support the monitoring of key project timelines and the collection of event recaps and best practices.Event Production & LogisticsSupport the planning and coordination of operational and logistical activities related to events.Assist in managing event materials, shipments, travel arrangements, accreditations, and other support activities.Liaise with suppliers and partners to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.Contribute to the successful execution of on-ground activations.Visual Identity SupportSupport the implementation of Red Bull visual identity across events and activations.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in the production of branding and communication materials.Contribute to the correct application of Red Bull brand guidelines.Event CommunicationCollaborate with the teams involved in event communication and promotion.Support the collection and sharing of project information, materials, and content.Contribute to communication activities before, during, and after events.Reporting & Post-Event ActivitiesSupport the preparation of event reports and recap presentations.Contribute to the collection and analysis of key event results.Organize and archive project documentation, learnings, and best practices.Vendor, Contracts & Insurance ManagementSupport the administrative management of vendors and partners involved in events.Assist in the management of contracts, insurance documentation, and other documents required for event execution.Monitor deadlines, approvals, and administrative processes in compliance with company procedures.QualificheUniversity degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.Strong passion for events, sports, music, culture, and youth-focused marketing.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Strong attention to detail and operational mindset.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Strong PowerPoint and digital tool proficiency.Fluent English.Willingness to travel and work on-site during events.Proactive attitude, strong ownership mindset, and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.Ulteriori informazioniMonthly internship allowance: €800 + meal vouchersRed Bull S.r.l. promuove le pari opportunità in ottemperanza al Decreto Legislativo n. 96/2026, emanato in attuazione della Direttiva europea 2023/970 in materia di trasparenza retributiva e rafforzamento del principio di parità retributiva di genere.
