Join us and build your future by being part of what’s next in electronics and the world.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivatedFinance Managerto oversee Accounting, Tax, Audit, Treasury for Indian Legal entity while acting as a strategic partner to management.Key ResponsibilitiesCore ResponsibilitiesFinance Governance & PoliciesPreparation and implementation of finance rules and policiesBudgeting & PlanningConsolidation and submission of budgets to corporate.Accounting & ComplianceEnsure compliance with statutory requirements (Companies Act 2013, Income Tax Act, GST, etc.)Support statutory, internal, and tax auditsTaxationReview advance tax filings and GST-related mattersFinancial OperationsOversee vendor payments, contracts, and finance systemsReview petty cash and banking activitiesEffective utilization of fund.Reporting & ClosingSupport month-end/year-end close activitiesProvide financial data to consultants (e.g., transfer pricing, audits)Payroll checks, PF, PT return filling.Intercompany balance reconciliation.Stakeholder CoordinationCoordinate board meetings, AGM, and corporate compliance activitiesAsset & Systems ControlManage fixed asset verification and system/process improvementsTeam OversightSupervise Regular & Outsourced accounting staff and resolve operational issues (up to 5 employees)QualificationsBachelor’s/master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or MBA.Professional certifications will be added advantage:CA, CPA, CMA, CFA.8–15 years of experience in Business Finance or Entity Controller roles.Strong knowledge of advanced Excel/Power BI skills.Key SkillsFinancial acumen with deep knowledge of accounting standards.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and leadership skills.Strategic mindset with business partnering experience.Additional InformationRenesas is an embedded semiconductor solution provider driven by its Purpose,To Make Our Lives Easier.
