This individual will be responsible for monitoring the operations of the floor, ensuring tables are running smoothly without error and providing supervisory support to team members.Monitor team performance, ensure KPIs and expectations are metWork with operations to ensure success of team and operationsManage, supervise, coach and motivate teamTime and attendance maintenance of employeesAssist with employee relations within the team, including disciplinary casesManage, supervise, coach, motivate and build team spiritWork within your own team/s to produce the required results and to meet Company targetsAnalyze employee data and performanceManage employee expectation and eventual requestsEstablish and maintain cross departmental cooperationWork with internal systems (JIRA, TTS, WIKI, Evo Desk, NEVOS, etc.)Manage projects and deadlines set by your direct managersPropose initiatives and ideas that will benefit the departmentManage ad-hoc situations which may occur on shift in appropriate mannerQualificationsQualificationsExperience as a game presenter for 3 monthsTechnically proficientHigh level of organizationAbility to work flexible hoursAvailable all shiftsAdditional InformationBenefitsThis position is an excellent opportunity to join the fast-growing Evolution team.
