You will connect client data systems to the product, build the pipelines behind each business metric, and tailor the platform to each client’s needs. This role suits an engineer who enjoys working directly with end users, navigating unfamiliar systems, and shipping quickly.
General Overview
The client is a global management consulting firm launching an AI product that gives leadership a single view of business performance. The product connects to each client’s data sources, applies proven performance-management frameworks, and highlights where the business stands, which conversations to hold at each level of the organization, and which actions to take. The core product is already built, and each client is served by a small pod made up of a product lead and two engineers working alongside the firm’s consultants. As one of the two engineers in the pod, you will work on site with a client based in Waltham, MA, Cincinnati, OH, or Dallas, TX, turning business questions into reliable data feeds. Expect messy, undocumented systems and a fast feedback loop with the people using what you build.
