Work closely with a small founding team at an early-stage AI talent marketplace startup. You will help connect qualified candidates with opportunities at venture-backed startups and improve the processes that support a high-quality candidate experience.
What You'll Do
Support candidates through the talent-matching process and help connect them with relevant startup opportunities.
Coordinate candidate relationships and recruiting workflows alongside the founding team.
Take ownership of operational projects that improve the speed and quality of candidate experiences.
Contribute to social media and other initiatives that help ambitious talent discover opportunities.
What We're Looking For
A completed bachelor's degree and at least three months of internship experience.
Experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, consulting, sales, venture capital, or recruiting.
Evidence of strong academic performance, substantial projects, or other exceptional work.
Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or candidate relationship management is valuable.
Social media experience, familiarity with venture-backed startups and hiring, or experience improving workflows is a plus.
Willingness to relocate to San Francisco, work in a shared living and working environment, and commit to a six-day workweek for the internship.
