About the Role

We are looking for a GTM Systems Manager to own Salesforce as Findem’s source of truth and manage our broader Go-to-Market (GTM) systems ecosystem.

This is a hands-on systems and automation role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of Salesforce, GTM operations, integrations, data, and AI . You will be responsible for maintaining and scaling our Salesforce environment while building AI-powered workflows and agents that automate key parts of the revenue lifecycle—from lead and opportunity management through quote-to-cash, renewal, and expansion.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and leadership teams to improve processes, strengthen data quality, and increase the productivity of our GTM organization.

What You'll Do

• Serve as theprimary Salesforce administrator, owning configuration, data models, objects and fields, page layouts, validation rules, Flows, permissions, profiles, and sharing.
• Maintain Salesforce as a reliablesystem of record, ensuring data integrity through deduplication, data hygiene, field governance, and audit controls.
• Partner with Sales and business leaders to improve prospecting, pipeline, customer lifecycle, and revenue workflows.
• Own and scaleCadence, Findem's AI-powered GTM operations platform, including integrations and data pipelines across Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Snowflake, and other GTM systems.
• Design, build, and deployAI agents and automationsthat streamline the revenue process from lead to opportunity, quote to cash, and retention and expansion.
• Identify manual and repetitive GTM processes and transform them into automated, agent-driven workflows that improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Monitor integrations and troubleshoot issues involving APIs, data synchronization, and data drift.
• Establish standards forAI agent reliability, data accuracy, governance, and change managementas automation capabilities scale.
• Act as a strategic systems advisor and operational partner to leadership, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
• Experience building with LLMs, AI agents, or automation frameworks.
• Experience with Agentforce, MCP, Zapier, Workato, n8n, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience designing AI-driven GTM or revenue operations workflows.
