As an independent advisor, free from ties to specific technologies or suppliers, we always focus on delivering the best solution for our clients.About the positionAs Head of Food Norway, you will lead a team of 15 highly skilled consultants and engineers serving some of Norway's leading food companies.AFRY Food Norway has a strong market position, an established customer base, and clear potential for further growth. You will play a key role in developing the section further, while ensuring high-quality project delivery and strong customer relationships.This is a leadership role where you will develop the team, drive sales and growth, and manage the day-to-day operations of the section.As a member of the AFRY Food Management Team, you will contribute to the segment’s strategy and lead the growth of Food in Norway. You will work closely with colleagues across the Nordics to bring together the right expertise for our customers.The position reports directly to the Head of Segment Food.Your key responsibilities:Driving sales and business developmentLeading and developing the team, including recruitmentManaging the project portfolioManaging the day-to-day operations of the sectionBuilding and maintaining strong internal and external relationshipsKvalifikasjonerWho We Are Looking ForWe believe you are an experienced leader with a passion for people, business development, and customer value creation.We are looking for someone with:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, technology, business or a related fieldProven experience in leadership and people managementExperience driving business growth, sales, and customer developmentStrong understanding of project-based business and project management. Preferably experience from EPC projectsCommercial acumen and experience with financial follow-up and business planningStrong communication skills in Norwegian and EnglishExperience from the food industry is highly valued.
