This opens up enormous potential for the easy and economical integration of machines and systems into modern industrial environments.Our R&D department based in Nonantola (MO) is a center of global competence for Compact Hydraulic productsJob DescriptionHR department is looking for an HR Generalist intern to join a young and dynamic environment.The role will handle:Recruitment:Support in drafting and publishing job postings, CV screening, managing initial phone calls, and scheduling interviews.Personnel Administration:Support in attendance management, document archiving, and onboarding processes for new hires.Training and Development:Collaboration in organizing training courses and managing company growth plans.Employer Branding:Contribution to company brand promotion activities, including channels like LinkedIn.Ideal RequirementsCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Economics, Work Psychology, or Law.Strong passion for Human Resources, with excellent empathy and listening skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).Qualifications🎯 Education:You have to graduate in Humanties Studies, Economics, Languages or similar with a strong passion for a career in HR with and Training.💻 Experience and know-how: You are skilled with the main IT tools (MS Office) and in particular with Excel.🗺️ Languages:You have a good level of English (min B2) and are fluent in Italian.🫱🏼‍🫲🏼 Soft Skills: You are careful to details and a result-oriented person.
