YOU WIN.Job DescriptionWhat will you take care of?As anHR Intern, you will join the Bosch Rexroth HR team and gain hands-on experience across the entire employee lifecycle, actively supportingHR Administration,Training & Development, andOrganizational / HR Business Partneringactivities.HR Administration:Support core administrative processes across onboarding and offboarding.Assist in managing relationships with Universities and agencies for internship activations and documentation.Provide operational support for SAP ticketing, payroll input data, and employees' daily administrative requests.Training & Development:Support the planning, scheduling, and logistics of technical and corporate training programs.Monitor course attendance, collect training feedback, and assist in performance management cycles.Organization & HR Projects:Support internal HR communications, organizational tasks, and employee engagement initiatives.Prepare recurring HR reports and data analysis using Microsoft Excel.Work closely with a dynamic HR team and internal department managers in an HR Business Partnering model.Contribute ideas to optimize internal workflows and digitalize HR toolsQualificationsWhat distinguishes you?Education:Recent graduate or graduating student inHuman Resources, Economics, or Management Engineering.Technical Skills:proficiency inMicrosoft Office, especiallyExcel(data analysis, formulas, reporting) andPowerPoint; familiarity with SAP or HR systems is a plus.Languages:Good knowledge ofEnglish(B2 level or higher); fluentItalian.Soft Skills:High attention to detail, proactive mindset ("hands-on" approach), strong organization, discretion, and natural interpersonal and teamwork abilities.Additional InformationBosch is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
