The Mission:
We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Director to join our Barcelona headquarters. This is a high-impact leadership position, bridging global strategy with on-the-ground execution.
The Role:
You will take ownership of designing and driving our marketing operations across 10 international markets. We’re looking for a leader who recognizes that in a highly competitive environment, speed and adaptability are key to staying ahead.
- Lead the Team:Manage and mentor a team of Marketing Managers across 10 countries (SP, PT, IT, FR, NL, SE, UK, and US).
- Own the Numbers:Lead weekly performance reviews with ourFounders and Leadership team. You’ll turn complex data into clear stories, focusing onSales, CAC, and Funnel Efficiency.
- Bridge the Gap:Act as the "connective tissue" between HQ Mktg and our local teams. You’ll provide direction to cross-functional experts inPerformance, CRM, CRO, Creative, Influencer, and Affiliatemarketing based on local Sales needs.
- Drive Execution:Oversee HQ campaign rollouts while leading local-first initiatives likeOOH, offline events, and regional partnerships.
- Support Strategy:Partner with the CMO on investor presentations and business cases for new strategic projects.
What we need:
- Experience:10+ years in marketing, with strong experience in matrix organizations and a track record of scaling businesses in fast-paced environments
- Performance Mindset:You approach challenges like an owner, with a strong focus on ROI and a solid grasp of unit economics
- Bias for Action:You prioritize speed and execution over perfection, and are quick to adapt based on real-time insights
- Strong Communicator:You’re an effective communicator and presenter, able to simplify complex ideas and confidently engage with senior leadership
- Languages:Fluency in English and spanish is required;
- Presence:This is an 100% on-site role based in Barcelona, suited for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, collaborative environment
