Including all product initially received through the warehouse and the handling of all paperwork pertaining to that merchandise. Tracks performance and attendance for all personnel assigned to the shipping area. This position is also responsible for safety, organization and cleanliness.YOUR TASKSBe the expert in RF, Conveyor, and WMS systemsBe knowledgeable of all areas of operations and the links between themCoordinate with various ops teams (Control tower, Inventory Control, Transportation, Inbound, Pick/Pack, Shipping, Service Delivery) to ensure daily adherence to performance targets is metMonitor area activity and communicate all risks of missed targets to the SupervisorsCoordinate and prepare recovery plan for at-risk targets with SupervisionCommunicate exceptions identified by teams to the Account Team (ie.
