You will be involved in a variety of cross-functional tasks to ramp up and sustain mass production of Mixed-signal and Power integrated circuits for industrial and automotive markets.The role:Analyze production and test data, identify yield losses and/or potentialsCommunication with cross-functional teams to resolve production issuesTake part in yield enhancement and Failure Analysis activitiesSupport hold lot disposition based on technical assessment of test dataSupport product qualification (HTOL, bHAST, ESD, LU etc.) and electrical parameter assessment (Characterization)Learn applicable standards and internal quality proceduresContribute to automation and data analysis improvementsAll critical activities are performed under mentor supervision during the initial stageQualificationsBSc degree or student (3rd year or higher) in Electrical Engineering or related disciplinesBasic knowledge of analog and digital electronicsBasic programming skills (Python, C#, VBA, R or similar)Basic knowledge of Statistical Data Analysis techniquesBasic knowledge of IC manufacturing flowIntermediate English, both written and spokenAdditional InformationFixed-Term Contract -duration approx.6months.Paid internshipDedicated mentor from the Product Engineering teamReal tasks on production and NPI projects for industrial and automotive customers14 calendar days paid vacationFlexible working hoursPotential opportunity for a permanent position based on internship performanceRenesas is an embedded semiconductor solution provider driven by its Purpose,To Make Our Lives Easier.
