During your internship, you will become a member of the Process Documentation team, gaining comprehensive insights into the Supply Chain of Red Bull Operations as well as Data & Analytics projects. Together, we will define individual goals and support your development through regular feedback discussions focused on your personal performance and growth.Job DescriptionPROCESS MANAGEMENTYou’ll gain hands-on experience in operational process management within an international company. You’ll become familiar with process management methods and apply them directly in practice.PROCESS MODELLING EXCELLENCE, INNOVATION & AI ENABLEMENTYou will support process documentation and modelling efforts while exploring innovative digital solutions and AI capabilities to improve efficiency and user adoption.PROCESS REVIEW AND ANALYSISYou’ll support process analyses and improvement initiatives, gaining a deeper understanding of our global processes and how they contribute to the supply chain.PROCESS LANDSCAPE AND TOOL DEVELOPMENTYou’ll contribute to the further development of our process landscape and support its implementation in the relevant system.QualificationsCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally focusing on Supply Chain Management or a similar field.Very good English skills.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Previous experience in process management is an advantage.Interest in processes and data.Team-oriented, proactive, accurate and flexible, with strong analytical thinking.Additional InformationAs an employer, we value diversity and support people in developing their potential and strengths, realizing their ideas and seizing opportunities.
