You will play among others a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives for our esteemed clients. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of talented professionals and make a significant impact.Drive work within project teams and with a variety of business stakeholders to ensure that all business requirements are understood, documented, and met •Using Business Analyst industry tools & techniques, document information needs and functional requirementsProactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customer and technology stakeholdersResearch, analyze, recommend, and participate in the deployment of solutionsProvide exceptional client delivery, exceed client expectationsEngage in activities dedicated to support our cultureAbility to drive data, metrics, and a structured approach to identifying clients’ problems and developing solutionsAbility to solve broad business or technology problems by using principles derived from a deep understanding of disparate and complex dataExperience with Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and translation of BRD to functional specifications and traceability matricesExperience presenting data-driven analyses based on business benefits to solve highly complex business and technical problemsAbility to break down complex problems into clear and simple termsAbility to systematically consider the implications of problems and solutions in multiple domains at once, and solve problems across all domainsQualificationsUniversity Master Civil Engineering or Business Engineering1 to 3 years’ experience as a consultantOutstanding collaborative team player and good communication skillsStrong interest in Energy field.Technical skills: SQL, Python, and other relevant toolsAnalytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusionsAutonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committedYou have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.Languages: Trilingual French, Dutch and English.Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g. France, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, ...)Additional InformationWe are unable to provide a work permit for this positionSia is an equal opportunity employer.
