In total, we have multinational staff of more than 500 working in power generation field in Asia.In line with our increasing business, we are looking for aJunior Project Manager- Solar and Batteryto manage Solar and Battery project in the Manila.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & SchedulingAssist in developing and maintainingproject schedulesfor solar PV and battery farm projectsSupport planning activities using tools such asMS Project / Primavera P6 / ExcelTrack project progress against baseline schedules and highlight delays or risksSupport look-ahead planning and weekly/monthly progress updatesProject CoordinationSupport communication with the Client, Contractors, Vendors, and Site teamsFacilitate project meetings, preparing agendas, and issuing minutesTracking and monitoring of the project deliverables internally and externallyReporting & MonitoringPrepare regularproject progress reports, dashboards, and planning summariesMonitor key milestones, deliverables, and interfaces between solar and BESS scopesAssist in tracking variations, risks, and mitigation actionsHSE & Quality SupportSupport implementation ofHSE and quality requirementson siteAssist in ensuring project activities comply with local regulations and client standardsQualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree inEngineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related fieldExperience1–3 yearsof experience in project coordination, planning, or schedulingExperience withsolar PV and/or battery energy storage projectsis highly preferredExposure torenewable energy construction projects in the Philippinesis an advantageTechnical SkillsKnowledge of PVsyst simulation and EYA report is an advantageAdditional InformationWe offer the following to qualified candidates:Friendly international working environment with a wide variety of interesting and challenging tasksCompetitive salary packageCareer opportunity in one of the largest international consulting and engineering companiesPossibility to grow professionally and advance in careerAt AFRY, we engineer change in everything we do.
