Welcome to Bosch.Job DescriptionInterface between external (customer) and internal to understand customer expectations and requirements, and maintain good customer relationship.Achieve the sales and profit target in BP for his/her resp. customers and projects.Follow sales process as sales planning and system price maintain; customer quotation document preparation; A/R and DNI tracking; sample tracking; good quality of sales documents maintenance.Negotiation with customer for commercial (PCR, QS/Bonus, payment term etc.), support localization, engineering change request, delivery and other customer related topics.Customer strategy and product strategy definition; Provide information on customer trends, innovation, market, competitor benchmark to internal; fulfil BBMSP/SoM planning.New products promotion, leading new business chance study; carry out market research and identify potential customers and products to be developed/promoted.Lead customer project acquisition, has power and ability to coordinate internal and external resource.Qualifications1.Bachelor in engineering or economics2.At least 3 years’ experience in automotive industry3.3.
