The work is performed mainly indoors, with occasional outdoor tasks as operational needs require.This position is focused on manual labor, material handling, and metal sorting in a dynamic industrial environment. We are looking for a reliable, active individual who is comfortable performing physical work.What you will be responsible for:Welcome customers and follow established procedures;Unload, sort, inspect, and handle materials;Identify and classify non-ferrous metals;Weigh and organize materials;Prepare shipments and incoming deliveries;Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the site;Work safely in accordance with health and safety standards;Perform any other related duties supporting operations.QualificationsTo join our team:You have experience in an industrial, recycling, or related environment (asset);You have experience operating a forklift or other equipment (asset);You have knowledge of different types of metals (asset);You are able to perform manual labor and work indoors, with occasional outdoor work;You are in good physical condition and comfortable performing repetitive tasks;You are responsible, punctual, resourceful, and committed to health and safety;You are a team player with strong collaborationAdditional InformationAmerican Iron & Metal (AIM) and its subsidiariesare equal opportunity employers.
