We’re bound to the purpose of the Robert Bosch Foundation; our success directly benefits society, the environment, and future generations.Work #LikeABoschWe are looking forLocal Product Owner–Bosch Home Comfortlocated inİstanbul.Job DescriptionWe are looking for aLocal Product Ownerto join our team and contribute to our product management activities, from market analysis and product strategy to successful product launches.Define and drive product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunitiesPlan and execute product launches with whole organization to ensure market adoptionConduct market, competition, and user research; translate insights into product requirements and user storiesMonitor market trends, legal requirements, and regulationsRepresent the company in technical and sectoral committeesDevelop product-based pricing strategies, market segmentation, and profitability analysisSupport internal and external stakeholders (e.g. SEO content, catalogs, product tools)Maintain close contact with the field and lead product-related UX activitiesReview and release technical documentationQualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field (Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic preferred); Master’s is a plus3+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Business Development, preferably in HVACKnowledge of boiler, heat pumps and air conditioner technologies are a plusProficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and market trend assessment.Knowledge of local and regional regulatory requirements.Strong analytical and reporting skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus)Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsCustomer- and results-oriented, self-motivated, and resilientAbility to work effectively in cross-functional and regional teamsAbility to integrate AI into daily businessExcellent command of EnglishWillingness to travel domestically and internationallyAdditional InformationWhat we offerOur promise to our associates is rock-solid: we grow together, we enjoy our work, and we inspire each other.
