Support daily transactional processes, inventory accuracy, system data integrity, operational performance monitoring and issue resolution. Coordinate logistics management activities across marine terminals, road transportation, warehousing and end-to-end supply chain operations. Support terminal and logistics operations involving chemicals, hazardous substances and bulk liquid products in accordance with regulatory, safety and operational requirements.Key responsibilitiesCoordinate logistics activities across marine terminals, road transportation, warehousing and supply chain operationsSupport the safe and compliant handling, storage and movement of hazardous substances and bulk liquid productsCreate and administer purchase orders, validate and audit invoices against supporting documentsCoordinate inventory control and cycle-counting activities, reconcile stock and investigate inventory discrepanciesPerform shipment-related data entry and transactional processing, maintain operational and master data in SAP/ECC and related systemsMaintain Control Tower dashboards, operational reporting tools and performance-monitoring processesCoordinate the planning, tracking and administration of operational audits and support supplier assessmentsAdminister Quality Notifications and supplier claims, support investigations and Root Cause Investigation activitiesSupport the implementation of new business activities and service changesSupport incident response and crisis coordination activitiesQualificationsDiploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Chemistry or a related disciplineAdditional InformationRelevant experience in logistics management involving marine terminals, road transportation, warehousing or supply chain operationsOrganized, detail-oriented and comfortable handling transactional and operational dataDemonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesCommunicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, terminal operators and logistics service providersWorking knowledge of SAP or SAP ECC, particularly for transactional processing, inventory adjustments or master data supportProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to prepare dashboards, KPI reports and operational performance analysesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality when handling operational, commercial and financial informationBy clicking the link above or any third-party link within this posting, you are leaving this site and going to a third-party website where the third-party website's terms and privacy policy applyJob LocationGoogle Maps requires functional cookies to be enabledI'm interestedI'm interestedPrivacy Notice
