Lead campaigns. Adapt global campaigns and create local ones across channels. Use data and audience insights to reach key segments.
Own social. Lead a social and creator content strategy that builds community and starts conversations. Spot trends early, tailor content to each platform and work with creators to extend reach.
Partner with Music. Work hand in hand with our Music team so everything we make is credible with local artists, the industry and fans.
Shape the brand. Keep Spotify's brand consistent at every touchpoint while making it feel unmistakably Colombian.
Build relationships. Develop a network of creators, creatives, influencers and industry partners. Amplify exclusive content, events and initiatives with internal teams.
Lead partners. Lead agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality, accountable work.
Own the budget and results. Manage the local marketing budget, track performance and ROI, and adjust based on what the data shows.

You have a track record of brand campaigns that made a cultural impact and drove business results.
You've managed agency partners and budgets, and ideally have experience coaching others.
You're strong in social, creator and multi-channel marketing, and comfortable working with data to make decisions.
You know Colombia's music industry, artists and youth culture well, and music is a real passion for you.
You can present and champion bold creative ideas to stakeholders at every level.
You've worked across international markets or with culturally diverse teams.
You stay calm and decisive when priorities shift fast.
You're fluent in Spanish and English.
Bonus: you already have a network of creative collaborators in Colombia.
