This includes managing groups of HCPs who are interested in migraine treatment or already have migraine treatment experience. The MCE specialist works with the brand manager and sales team in their efforts to achieve the brand goals and unleash the full potential of brand and accelerate the limitless.CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIESDeliver hybrid (virtual or in-person) detailing and discussion sessions tailored to the individual needs of HCPs, including one-on-one consultations.Conduct reactive support and continuous customer engagements to improve HCP understanding and adoption level of brand in accordance with the product information and approved label.Establish and maintain relationships with HCPs ensuring thorough communication and engagement.Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
