Welcome to Bosch.Job Description1.Responsible for quality technician team management 负责质量技术员团队管理a)QT on duty planning and overtime control质量技术员上班安排和加班控制b)New QT trainging and qualify planning新质量技术员的培训和认证安排c)On site QT management and own area 5S management;现场质量技术员的管理和所属区域的5S管理d)Continues improve QT competence持续改善质量技术员的能力e)Evaluate the QT monthly performance and bonus评估质量技术员月度的绩效和奖金f)Other task required from quality manager质量主管要求的其他任务2.Handling & control of daily quality issues日常质量问题处理与控制a)Judge suspected PCBA & raw materials on production lines and offline areas per standards (eg. QW, WI, IPC) for acceptance.依据规范（例如：QW、WI、IPC），完成产线及离线区域 PCBA、原材料现场判定，评估物料/产品是否可接收。b)Analyze root cause with line leaders, collect defect photos & samples; conduct risk assessment and escalation; issue quality incident report for defects.协同线长、生产团队现场解析不良根因，收集不良图片、实物；按不良量开展风险评估，及时向上升级；超标不良协同开立质量事故报告。c)Issue QW for temporary/revised quality criteria, train operators and track implementation.制定临时/补充质量标准，发布 QW 文件，完成作业员培训并跟踪落地效果。3.Raw material quality control原材料异常管控a)Raise NCR for material defects and work with PQA; execute MQP and block affected lots;原材料不良发起 NCR，协同 PQA 处置；执行 MQP，封存受影响批次；b)Change lots for verification as requested; coordinate with PQA for material issues: expiry, MSD over-exposure, missing labels.根据产线需求调取不同批次原料做替换验证；对接 PQA 处理过期、MSD 暴露超限、标签丢失等物料异常。4.QWI & CD Management QWI & CD 不良围堵与分选a)FA 下发 QWI 或 SMT 发现批量风险不良时，核查 SPI/AOI/ICT 测试等记录，实施不良围堵，防止不良流出。Check SPI/AOI/ICT records and take containment action for FA QWI, avoid slip through.b)对于SMT发现的严重的或存在批量报废隐患的不良，检查AOI以及ICT的测试记录，并进行围堵措施，并发出相应的QWIFor serious SMT defects or potential batch scrap, check AOI/ICT records, take containment actions and issue QWI.c)组织产品分选：规划分选区域、培训分选人员，跟踪分选结果；Arrange sorting activities, train sorters and monitor results;d)开展目检盲点测试perform visual inspection blind teste)协助 FA QT 判定疑难不良 PCBAsupport FA QT on doubtful PCBA judgement.5.其他事务 Othersa)负责质量中心5S 管理Manage 5S of quality areab)处理产品数据异常Handle data reset.QualificationsDiploma or above in electronic or electrometrical related机电或电子类大专及以上毕业。More than 3 years working experience on quality related area of electronic industry, automotive industry experience is plus3年以上电子行业质量相关领域工作经验，有汽车行业经验者优先More than 1year management experience on quality direct employee一年以上质量直接员工的管理经验Familiar with on-site quality process熟悉现场质量流程Basic MS office skill基本的微软办公软件技能PCBA related process knowledgePCBA工艺相关基本知识By clicking the link above or any third-party link within this posting, you are leaving this site and going to a third-party website where the third-party website's terms and privacy policy applyI'm interestedI'm interestedPrivacy NoticeImprint
