As a Media Network Trainee, you will help develop compelling narratives and activation strategies, think outside the box and bring stories to life. Gain hands-on experience in media and opinion leader relations, storytelling, social media and project management across a variety of Red Bull projects in Germany. Define and develop an overarching project to be presented to the respective department heads at the end of the program.Job DescriptionCOMMUNICATION & STORYTELLINGSupport the Communications Team with project management, key messaging and the creation of ESO (Earned, Social and Owned) activation plans for events and athletes’ and artists’ initiatives.Gain hands-on experience managing communication activities across audiences, channels and stakeholder group – from planning and coordination to execution and evaluation.SOCIAL MEDIAAs part of the Social Media Team, create engaging social content, particularly for regional projects and in collaboration with our athletes.Gain insights into content planning and programming strategies across various social channels.CREATOR MARKETINGAssist the Creator Marketing Team by researching relevant topics, developing outstanding experiences for our events, realizing dedicated projects and tracking and analyzing performance metrics from collaborations.QualificationsBachelor's degree or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing or MediaProven excellence in your academic lifeRelevant work or internship experience in communications, marketing or media is a plusA history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievementsEntrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challengesOpen and solution-oriented mindset, with excellent communication and presentation skillsCreativity and a strong interest in trends, storytelling, new technologies and digital mediaConceptual and strategic thinking, combined with analytical flairExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailA passion for and understanding of Red Bull’s various playgroundsFluent in English & German (written, spoken), additional languages considered a plusAdditional InformationAs an employer, we value diversity and support people in developing their potential and strengths, realizing their ideas and seizing opportunities.
