Welcome to Bosch.Job DescriptionAs aMicrosoft Power BI Developer, you will be part of our global, cross-functionalBusiness Intelligence team (xBI), developing data and analytics solutions for internal customers across Bosch worldwide.Working in an international DevOps environment, you will collaborate closely with product owners, business experts and fellow developers to transform complex business requirements into scalable and meaningfulPower BI reports and Premium datasets. You will have the freedom to contribute your ideas, explore our business data platform and actively shape how data supports decision-making across Bosch.Your tasks:► Design, develop and continuously improvePower BI reports, dashboards and Premium datasets► Work closely with internal customers, product owners and business experts to collect and analyze complex requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions► Design and implementdata models, analytics solutions and visualizationsthat turn complex data into meaningful business insights► Develop and optimize solutions usingPower BI, DAX, DAX Studio and Microsoft Fabric► Work with data warehouse environments and concepts including dimensions, facts, aggregate facts, data marts and common schema architectures► Take responsibility forPower BI Service backend operations, including dataflows, gateway configuration, dataset and pipeline refreshes and troubleshooting► Manage access and security topics such asRow-Level Security (RLS), permissions and deployment/lifecycle processes► Identify and resolve complex technical and data-related issues independently and in collaboration with the global development team► Contribute to the continuous improvement of development standards, solution quality and BI processes within an agile DevOps environment► Work closely with internal and external service providers as well as international stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable data solutionsQualifications► University degree inBusiness Informatics, Computer Science, Physics, Data Scienceor a comparable field►At least 3 years of professional experience as a Power BI Developer, combined with several years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or Data Warehousing► Strong hands-on experience withMicrosoft Power BI, DAX, DAX Studio and Microsoft Fabric► Working knowledge of theMicrosoft BI and Azure technology stack► Solid understanding ofdata warehousing concepts, ETL processes, analytics and reporting► Experience in designing data models and developing scalable reporting and analytics solutions► Hands-on experience withPower BI Service administration and backend operations, including dataflows, gateways, refresh troubleshooting, security and deployment processes► Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into sustainable technical solutions► Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a high focus oncode and solution quality► Agile, proactive and solution-oriented working style with the ability to take ownership and work independently► Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in an interdisciplinary and international environment► Passion fordata, analytics and creating solutions that make complex information easy to understand► FluentEnglish, both written and spokenWhat gives you further advantages:► Experience with enterprise-scalePower BI Premiumenvironments► Advanced knowledge ofMicrosoft Fabric and Azure data services► Experience with CI/CD, deployment pipelines or DevOps practices for BI solutions► Experience working in global or cross-functional development teams► Knowledge of data governance, reporting standards or enterprise analytics architectures► German language skillsAdditional InformationGet to know our #LikeABosch benefits.We would like to help youGROW, so we offer you:Financial security & recognition:We review and increase your competitive base salary annually, offer performance-, loyalty-, and referral bonus.Trainings and professional development:We believe in a Life-Long Learning approach, so you can take advantage of several technical and soft skill trainings and language courses.Career development: We have a wide range of programs to choose from, even if its leadership, expert or project development you are aiming for.
