This role handles customer inquiries, requests, and complaints to successful resolution, while supporting commercial teams to achieve sales, productivity, and key performance targets.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales, productivity, CCR, and flexibility targets.Maintain Customer Services KPIs and deliver against department productivity metrics.Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.Ensure all customer queries are answered on time and escalate issues to appropriate team members when necessary.Actively sell products and solutions to support revenue growth.Possess excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support and selling efforts.QualificationsBusiness graduate from any reputed University (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).1–2 years of experience in service industries, preferably in compliant factories.Positive attitude towards managing customers and addressing their needs.Good level of communication, negotiation, and planning skills.Willingness to travel to different places where our customers have their factories.Additional InformationAvery Dennison is an equal opportunity employer.
