OJT Instructors – Oil & Gas Production Facilities (CPF / FPF)Full-timeCompany DescriptionIOTA Group supports its clients in delivering major international projects across the energy, nuclear, mining, infrastructure and industrial sectors.We are currently seeking experiencedOn-the-Job Training (OJT) Instructorsto deliver technical training to local Chadian personnel responsible for operating and maintaining oilfield surface production facilities (CPF / FPF).Job DescriptionAs anOn-the-Job Training (OJT) Instructor, you will be responsible for deliveringtechnical training and transferring operational knowledgeto local Chadian personnel involved in theoperation and maintenance of oilfield surface production facilities, includingCentral Processing Facilities (CPF) and Field Processing Facilities (FPF).You will combinetheoretical instruction with hands-on trainingto develop participants' technical knowledge, practical skills and ability tooperate and maintain production equipment safely and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver technical training sessions covering theoperation and maintenance of oilfield surface production facilities (CPF / FPF).Explainequipment operating principles, technical systems and production processes.Providepractical, hands-on instructionon equipment operation, inspection and maintenance procedures.Train personnel onsafety management regulations, operational safety procedures and incident prevention.Usereal-life incident case studiesto illustrate operational risks, troubleshooting methods and lessons learned.Provide guidance onpreventive maintenance practices, equipment reliability and technical troubleshooting.Assess trainees' technical understanding and practical competenciesthroughout the training sessions.Adapt training methods and technical explanations to participants' experience and skill levels.Ensureeffective knowledge transferand promotesafe working practicesin daily operations.QualificationsRequired Qualifications & ExpertiseStrong experience in oilfield production facilities, particularly inCPF / FPF operations and maintenance.Solid technical expertise in one or more of the following disciplines:Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation.Proven knowledge ofequipment operation, preventive maintenance, HSE procedures and technical troubleshooting.Demonstrated ability todeliver practical technical trainingto local operators and maintenance technicians.Previous experience inOn-the-Job Training (OJT), technical instruction or coachingis highly desirable.Previousinternational experience, particularly in Africa, would be an advantage.Additional InformationAccommodation, meals and local transportationwill be provided by the client.International flights and travel arrangementswill be managed by IOTA Group.Immediate availability or availability at short noticeis required.Assignment duration:7–15 days, representing a total of30 man-days.By clicking the link above or any third-party link within this posting, you are leaving this site and going to a third-party website where the third-party website's terms and privacy policy applyI'm interestedI'm interestedPrivacy NoticeImprint
