Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role

Join a B2B performance marketing and lead generation team to run paid campaigns for multiple clients. You will own campaign performance and help clients generate predictable, measurable pipeline.

What You'll Do

• Own advertising accounts and make independent decisions about their strategy and development.
• Plan new account structures and quickly learn each client's business and market.
• Set up, manage, and optimize paid search and social campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, and Meta.
• Monitor campaign KPIs, tracking, and reporting, and act promptly on issues and opportunities.
• Work closely with growth consultants and marketing technology specialists to improve lead generation.

What We're Looking For

• At least one year of hands-on performance marketing experience, with a profile suited to an individual contributor role.
• Direct experience setting up and optimizing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
• Experience owning ad accounts and independently managing five-figure monthly advertising budgets.
• B2B lead generation experience, with results measured through metrics such as cost per lead, return on ad spend, or pipeline.
• Confidence with conversion tracking, campaign measurement, and paid media reporting.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts is useful. Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, agency experience, and using AI tools in campaign work are also beneficial.
• Native-level German and fluent English.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: €50,000 to €70,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

Hybrid in Berlin, Germany, with three days per week in the office. The first month is fully on-site.
