The Role:
You will be part of across-functional Platform Teamresponsible for the shared services used across the entire engineering organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and improving CI/CD pipelinesand deployment processes.
- Building and maintaining cloud infrastructurewithin AWS environments.
- DrivingInfrastructure as Code (IaC)initiatives.
- Enhancingobservability, monitoring, logging, and reliability practices.
- Supporting the evolution of anInternal Developer Platform (IDP).
- Collaborating withData and AI teamson DataOps and MLOps initiatives.
- Improvingsecurity, compliance, and operational resilienceacross systems.
- Developingshared platform services and internal toolingused by multiple teams.
- Acting as atechnical partnerfor Product, Engineering, and Data stakeholders.
- PromotingDevOps and Site Reliability Engineering best practicesacross the organization.
What we need:
- 5+ years of experiencein Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure, or related roles.
- Strong experience working withAWS and cloud-native environments.
- Solid understanding ofinfrastructure, networking, security, and distributed systems.
- Experience designing and maintainingCI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience withTerraform, CDK, or similar Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Experience withmonitoring, observability, and reliability engineering.
- Strong scripting or programming skills usingPython, Bash, or similar languages.
- Experience working withAPIs and microservices architectures.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A mindset focused onautomation, scalability, and continuous improvement.
