POSM Warehouse Senior SpecialistFull-timeTravel: 10-20Organization: Red Bull Egypt for Import & Export LLCJob type: PermanentCompany DescriptionWarehouse Senior specialist will play an important role in logistics by ensuring smooth operations and efficient productivity at Red Bull side and our 3PL side managing POSM inbound, outbound, deployments, installations, 3PL KPIs, maintenance, and assets tracking.Warehouse senior specialist will manage inventory and oversee warehouse operations, requiring a unique set of skills and qualities.Job DescriptionREPORTING AND ANALYSISReporting all KPIs as per the SLA for all performance measures across all service providers.Assets tracking report.Budget performance report on a weekly basis.Daily deployment tracking report.Weekly POSM movements reconciliation.WH and transportation damages report.WH utilization tracking.Monthly stock count reporting.Warehouse Operations & Inventory ManagementOverseeing and managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products, while ensuring efficient staff coordination.Following up on all system transactions at our 3PL, from inbound to outbound forms.Effectively planning and allocating resources to meet daily operational requirements, maximizing productivity and minimizing downtime.Ensuring loading and offloading operations comply with the SLA agreed upon with our 3PL.Conducting monthly stock reconciliations and ensuring accurate stock counts.Reviewing and handling damages arising from transportation and on-ground operations, with proper tracking by serial number.Managing inventory-related claims and ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.Stakeholder Management, Service Delivery & ComplianceLeading and owning internal processes and service level agreements with all stakeholders.Managing the deployment plan with the planning, marketing, and sales teams, relevant stakeholders, and our 3PL to ensure business needs are met amid challenging market dynamics.Ensuring on-time order delivery and compliance with agreed SLAs across all partners.Conducting monthly KPI reviews with 3PL and trucking service providers.Monitoring and enforcing compliance with Red Bull policies and safety regulations to ensure the safety of all warehouse employees.Auditing and revising service providers’ invoices.Managing and resolving warehouse-related issues and conflicts promptly while maintaining positive employee relations.Team Development & Continuous ImprovementTraining, mentoring, and providing regular feedback to warehouse staff to develop their skills and expertise and ensure operational efficiency.Consistently identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.Qualifications3-5 years of experience.Experience in E2E supply chain/logistics execution.Solid experience in managing and leading multiple stakeholders.Proven track of records in driving efficiency within warehousing areas.Strong negotiation skills.Ability to work under pressure and agile enough to overcome daily challenges.Process oriented with a holistic view of processes and experience in change management projects.Relationship builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Solution, Quality and Service oriented.Proven ability to run analysis from multiple sources, providing reliable and valuable outputs.Familiar with SAP / Excel and manage to adapt being fast learner to Red Bull tools.Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and proficiency in using SAPAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by operational needs.By clicking the link above or any third-party link within this posting, you are leaving this site and going to a third-party website where the third-party website's terms and privacy policy applyI'm interestedI'm interestedPrivacy NoticeImprint
